5 min Chart: Uptrend with 20 EMA above the 50 EMA Futures are currently gapping down 0.50 points and still in the previous day’s range. Overall market is noted as in a sideways to slightly uptrend. Note however, with the market surging intraday to new highs and a subsequent drop, we remain very cautious of the market short term. We will keep a close watch of the Hourly charts for any crossovers down which would confirm a bearish trend. Any breakouts to new multi-year highs will confirm the continuation of the overall uptrend.
