Abe: I got question for the group...is there a way one can withdraw money from IRA before one is 60+...the person in question is 40+ year old no job for 2 years (going thru messsy divorce) with 1 5yr child. She is on hard times but has about 50K in IRA's....is there she can pull some out gradually?

James-ST Moderator: yes, we try to avoid trades during the lunch hour on wallstreet.....unsustainable breakouts and many false moves
pvg6799: I understand, but do you have set guidelines on when you do/don't trade? Like do you stop at a specific time?
James-ST Moderator: 11:00-1:20 EST is lunch period "turn" time on wallstreet......we encourage members to use this time to ask questions and to take a break

(AAPL) rose more than 5% Tuesday as investors bet that the company will unveil a new iPod product this week that will help extend Apple's dominance of the the market for portable digital music devices. Apple shares rose $2.47 to $48.69 in afternoon trading, after earlier touching a new 52-week high of $48.81 on heavy volume. Analysts believe that Apple will either begin making its own iPod-equipped mobile phone or roll out such a device in partnership with Motorola Inc. (MOT) . In addition, Apple is expected to begin shipping a cheaper version of the market-leading product. Apple is expected to unveil a new iPod product at an event in San Francisco Wednesday
