traderjoe J5 - I would consider putting in a limit order for the amount of shares you want to fill above/below the trigger line by the % your willing to pay to get in at (remember, if your $ is better than the ask/bid, you should get filled at the lower rate)  That way if the stock shoots past the 1% before you get in, your market order would be upside down on a quick whipsaw - IMHO
