lunch"......just in our experience, momentum moves
during lunch are way less occuring and
sustained......

few good trades should make the day complete, we try
to limit our trades in the first hour or so and the
last few hours, where momentum moves occur more
frequently and have a little more legs to them.
James-ST Moderator: but, by all
means, if you find something that works for you
during lunch, go for it, and share with the
room......
James-ST Moderator: daytrading
by nature is stressful and tiring.....use the lunch
period to take a break....exercise (like cale), or
better yet.......smoke a pack of cigarettes.
