gd BIDU chatter...Firm notes that according to the IPO lock-up expiration schedule, there will be approximately 5.86 mln shares subject to be released 48 hours after BIDU's 4Q earnings release. They believe this could create certain near-term pressure on the shares. While they continue to be optimistic toward the growth potential of the paid search market in China, and believe Baidu as the traffic share leader is well positioned to benefit from this secular growth trend, they would become more constructive on the shares as trading multiples come down to a more rational level.

James-ST Moderator: Sometimes however, a stock pulls back and never reaches a new HOD.....  in those cases we look to FADE the gap......
