The move appears to be prompted by the expression of interest in the segments by third parties. Given the unimpressive performance of both units in recent years, and a disconnect that exists relative to the valuation of its majority ownership in WebMD.com, firm says the move is not surprising and long overdue. Firm says their sum-of-parts valuation analysis suggests that HLTH could be worth $12-13 per share. Maintains Peer Perform and $9 tgt, as they think the stock is fairly valued.
