 Harris Nesbitt is currently recommending only NABI whose valuation does not seem to reflect its existing business. They believe GENZ and GILD will modestly outperform the sector as they continue to grow via lower risk avenues. The firm expects modest positive news for ALXN, CBST, and DSCO in 2006. Firm notes that once Exubera is approved, MNKD becomes much more interesting; as does ITMN once it begins a Phase I trial on its H.C.V PI. They continue to view the encroachment of therapeutic density as an added complexity for investors in the sector.  Firm says 4Q05 earnings could move GILD, ITMN, and NABI, each of which has marketed products where sales trends will be of interest to investors.
