The moderators of SwingTrades.com (ST) reserve the right to ban a member for any offense of the following rules.
A banned member may forfeit their subscription without recourse depending on the severity of the violation.
Please remember that ST’s chat room is a serious real time financial trading environment. The members are here to learn and to profit from the market. As such, unnecessary chat activity, unruliness, and general behavior not conducive to such an environment will not be tolerated.
